Documentary series exploring the diverse British food scene. The show celebrates the history of the food and the immigrant women who build successful culinary careers by bringing their countries flavours to the UK.

‘Flavours without Borders’ was all about celebrating the dishes brought to the UK by immigrant women. It was important that the food and the settings were authentic and true to the women who helped bring us these amazing dishes. Therefore much of the shoot was on location in the women’s homes and restaurants. The exception to this was a small Tiki Bar set build. Kate co-designed this project with Grace Shepherd. The Project went on to be nominated for ,and got special mention, at The Royal Television Society Awards. Please enjoy the below trailer and stills!
